NO CHECKS are accepted at the track, ONLY Cash or Visa/Mastercard!  See below for pricing (Premier Parking lot passes may be purchased online or paid in cash at the event)

 

Registration for amateur racing will be available online starting July 1 and close on Tuesday, July 13 at 11:59PM.  There will be post registration at the track, but it will be subject to class availability and there will be a post registration fee. 

 

Transponders will be used for amateur practice & racing during pro week!

       Transponders are required for all classes that will run on the Pro Track on both Friday and Sunday. They are not required for Thursday practice. For more information or if you have friends/family that will be unable to attend this weekend but would like to watch live timing of the amateur racing, you can visit www.escoremx.com.

 

Tickets also available at the gate the day of the event, NO SELL-OUTS!

Amateur Racing Format

  • Pre-Entry Format (LIMITED SPACE ON FRIDAY)
    • Post-Entry will be available at the track (subject to class availability for Friday)
  • 2-Moto format
  • Each race day (Friday & Sunday) is its own race.  Each race will be its own 2-moto format
  • Both races will count towards the Millville Super Series
  • Racing will be AMA, and proof of a current AMA card will be required.  AMA cards will be available to purchase at the track. 
    • NOTE: If you do not bring your current AMA card to registration, you will be required to purchase a new AMA card!
  • Both races will also be D23 races and count towards the MN State Championship! 

·         For Minor Release Info, please click on the “Minor Release Forms” link to your left in the “Events Information” section

    • IMPORTANT: If a minor will be attending without legal guardian, the minor must either have an Annual Release Waiver card present at Registration, or follow the directions in the Minor Release Forms page completely
  • PROOF OF SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED!!! If no proof is provided, then you will automatically be placed in the B class.  Also, per AMA rules, the referee can advance any rider at any time.  This will be strictly enforced as the races are D23 points races.

Pit Vehicle Passes

Cost = $21/$20

o   Good through Friday evening until 7PM, and also on Sunday (NOT SATURDAY)

       If overcrowding or abuse occurs, they will be shut down sooner

o   Utility-type vehicles only (golf carts, utility quads, Rangers, Mules, etc.)

o   NO Motorcycles of any kind in spectator areas.!!!!!

o   Hours = 6AM - 7PM  

o   Hills are off limits

o   Only for 18+ licensed drivers

o   Walking pace is speed limit

o   Abuse will result in confiscation and/or disqualification of rider

 

Parking

       Super VIP Parking Lot: $20 per car, can purchase online or cash payment at event (located on its own side of the road near AMA Will Call off of Gate B)

       VIP Parking Front Lot: $10 per car, can purchase on line or cash payment at event (located outside of Gate A – mid to upper field)

      General Parking: Free (fields across from Park off Hwy 60 North & West of the Park

       Motorcycle Parking: Free & up-front! Located between Gates A & B

Camping Rules

       Camping is first come first served, no reservations

       Camping is assigned-To park next to friends, you must arrive with them

       Must enter upon arrival during open gate hours, no camping outside of gate.

o   If you arrive after gates close, you may camp outside gates in the six lanes for the night but be ready to enter at 6AM SHARP

       Dogs are allowed

o   Only allowed on Campground side, NOT allowed to Trackside

o   Must be LEASHED at all times

o   Must have an air-conditioned camper to keep them in for camping

       Campfires not allowed for Pro Weekend

       Grills are allowed

       No alcohol may be brought onto the grounds, the Half Barrel Brewery will provide beer gardens throughout the weekend

       Please place garbage in trash bags along roads.  Garbage crews will be rotating all weekend to collect trash.

       Several water fill-up stations

       Inquire at Sign-up or Will Call to empty black and gray tanks (Manthei Septic)

       Quiet hours are 10PM-6AM (noisy generators must be shut off)

Ice:  Ice will be sold in the Pit Stop concession area Thursday – Sunday 7 AM – 6 PM
