Protocols for Private Park Practice
Individuals may engage in any outdoor activity that is dependent upon
or derives its principal benefit from natural surroundings and open space,
including but not limited to hunting, fishing, trapping, boating,
hiking, biking, golfing, and picnicking for the purposes of pleasure, rest,
exercise, or relaxation, provided that the activity can be engaged in
accordance with the Outdoor Recreation Guidelines, including maintaining at
least six feet of separation between
participants from different households.
Outdoor recreational activities allowed
by this Executive Order 20-38 do not include performances, competitions, team events, tournaments,
races, rallies, organized sports, spectator events, fairs, or any other events
that involve the gathering of individuals in a manner that would preclude
social distancing. We live in not normal
times so I beg of you to adhere to the
guidelines set forth by our Governor Tim Walz and the rules pertaining to your
activity today below. If you can’t abide by the rules you will be asked to

Bring your own PEN, drive down, park in your
own spot, stay with your group, Ride on your own bike, on a One-mile track –
5,280 feet to spread out on. Five miles of Trails for M/C’s and MTN E-Bikes
No doors to open, no carts to push, No
Grocery’s to infect you, no gas station pumps, bring your own commode if
possible, Safer than your very own Walmart.
Ambulance on site for you just in case and
Flaggers at the more crucial spots for your safety.
What you need:
Pen, Garbage bag, Non AMA requirement, Cash only, $50 per day M/C
ride fee, MTN E-Bike $20.00, Non riders $5.00, Correct Payment only.
Upon arrival to SCP stay in your vehicle.
You will be greeted by staff with face cover on, read and sign waiver on
clipboard sanitized after every customer. Currency will be handled with no hand
to hand contact.
No non-permanent Camping
allowed at this time due to the state ordinance. Permanent Site owners are the
only ones allowed to stay overnight (see info below on camping update). Foot
traffic only; No carts, 4 Wheelers or Pit Bikes will be allowed, proceed to a
parking spot that maintains an 8-foot space on each side of your vehicle. No
congregating or mingling with other groups, social distancing will be
paramount. Your parking spot is where you hang out; the only time you leave is
when you go to the track or to Sign up. Tune into 107.9 FM for announcements.
Bring your own Pen to Sign up. No Campfires will be allowed. What you bring in
goes home with you, (Pack it in Pack it out).

Concession/Sign-up Building won’t be open
inside to the Public - Curb/Counter outside service will be the new Normal for
Activity (Weather Permitting):
Motocross Track – 10 AM to 5 PM. Standard rotation schedule (C, B, A, 85cc,
Vet A/B, Vet C/Woman, 65cc)
Micro Mx Track – 11 AM to 4 PM. (Micro is 50cc
bikes and beginners).
Trails – 10 am – 5 pm
MX Track will have changes
Trails will be lengthened.
Refunds after 10 AM. Main Track and Micro
track and Five Plus miles of trails open for big bikes and MTN E-Bikes. No
Horses at this time. The Bike path, Swing Sets, and Basketball courts are
closed. No spectating is allowed currently due to Covid-19. 5:45 PM the park must be vacated.
